Frozen Dock

Here’s a picture of our dock all frozen in.

The ice has dropped but still all frozen under the dock.

Ice roads

Texting with Bob last night and he says couple hours plowing  today and roads will be cleaned up from the last snow fall.

Ice thickness

This block of ice was cut out between Strawberry Portage and  Queer Island

Bigstone Bay just froze, there is 3” ice around the South side Queer Island.

Manitou Froze

Rec’d a call from a friend who says from his view of the Manitou looking to the East from the Welcome Channel /Holmstron Marsh area she has froze over

Yesterday Bob went by ice boat from town to Windigo says open water from town to French Portage but from French Portage to Windigo was ice. Didn’t say how thick ?

So Laurenson lake froze on November 08 , yesterday the 13 th 2 guys walked out onto lake ice fishing! A little too early !!
